highway A9 of Toulouse or Montpellier, you must take in every case the
direction from Narbonne, Perpignan, Barcelona. |
In Fourques arrived, you leave opposite the pharmacy on the right in direction of Montauriol/Caixas (D2).
If you have come to Gerona or Barcelna and have hired a car,
you take the direction "Francia/Franka" along the motorway and cross
the border into France, just after La Jonquera. You are on the
Autoroute A9, direction Perpignan and Narbonne. The first exit from
this motorway is into the town of Le Boulou and you follow the signs
through this town, direction N9 to Perpignan. You will arrive, 5 kms after leaving Le boulou, at a roundabout where you turn left towards the village of Villemolaque. Drive to Villemolaque, cross the village, and shortly after, turn sharp left in the direction Fourques/Passa.After about 2/3 kms, on your right side, there is a large panel indicating you have arrived at the entrance to the " Mas des Olivettes-Auberge Chambre d'hôtes ". Turn right and folllow the road, then track, for about 800 metres and you will arrive "chez nous" - usually, if you are too late, there will be fairy lights to welcome you. Afer the small village Monastir del Camp, turn right toward Fourques. As you arrive in Fourques, turn left, you pass the local "vigneron de Fourques" on your right (note it well -it has excellent wines for tasting or for sale). Then with the pharmacy farther like abobe described. |
